Rroma council was created by gypsy council usa to create a global coalition of support:

Founded in 2015, Gypsy Council USA has been at the forefront of advocacy and public education, representing the United States’ Romani people in our struggle for social justice, and human rights for all.

Rroma Council International was created to expand the organization’s influence, opening a diplomatic arm/embassy, centers across the U.S., and engaging the global community. Its domestic programs aim to further coalesce and support the Romani Community, creating a broad understanding - internally and externally - of its origins, struggles, strengths and historic leadership in the fight for human rights.

The Romani (Gypsy) community is a proud group of culturally sensitive individuals who have adhered to long standing traditions for hundreds of years.  These honored traditions, while maintaining the cultural purity of the community, have insulated it from assimilating into the larger United States society; consequently, it has been precluded from enjoying all of which the USA has to offer and to which it is entitled.

Approximately 38 million Roma compose the largest and poorest minority group in the world. Three to four million Romani people live in scattered communities, and the shadows, of America.

While opening Rroma Council centers worldwide, and providing lifesaving services to the community, to further its goals of human rights and parity, Rroma Council also continues to create healthy associations with outside organizations. In this way, we are able to further address areas where the Romani community can benefit from increased assimilation into general society and governance.
