CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW TO PROTECT YOUR FAMILY
There are 5 important things to do and remember:
1) DO Wash your hands frequently, and for about 20 seconds each time. According to doctors, you do NOT need antibacterial soap for this – you just need soap & water.
2) DO NOT cough or sneeze into your hand – cover your face with your arm or elbow.
3) DO NOT touch your face.
4) DO NOT hug or kiss your friends or family – try to stay 3 feet away from anyone.
5) DO stay home if you feel sick. Staying home as much as possible when you don’t feel sick is also a good idea.
Symptoms of Coronavirus (COVID-19) MAY Iinclude:
Runny Nose, Sore Throat, Cough, Fever, Difficulty Breathing
MOST IMPORTANTLY – DON’T PANIC. IT IS STILL COLD AND ALLERGY SEASON AS WELL.
WE HAVE UNIQUE CHALLENGES, SO THIS MAY HELP.
*We live as families – in large groups. Everyone must be careful not to spread the virus with other people in the family.
*Protect anyone who’s 60+ years old. They are at the most risk.
*Use Tylenol ONLY for pain and headache.
*It has been promised that ANYONE can get a test for FREE. This includes people without insurance.
If you are over 70 years old, or starting to have difficulty breathing:
1) Call ahead – and let them know you are sick.
2) Go to the hospital to see a doctor.
